FRITZ!Box 7330 – Service

Internet Explorer 8 does not display FRITZ!NAS and MyFRITZ! correctly

The Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 does not display the FRITZ!NAS user interface (http://fritz.nas) or the MyFRITZ! home page of the FRITZ!Box (http://myfritz.box) correctly. No data is displayed on either of these pages; you also cannot use the Internet Explorer 8 to download or upload files.

Cause

  • A web browser that supports HTML5 is required to display FRITZ!NAS and the MyFRITZ! home page. Internet Explorer 8 does not sufficiently support HTML5 or other current web standards and technologies.

1 Installing a current web browser

  • Install the Internet Explorer 9 or later,

    Note:You can use Windows Update to install the latest version of the Internet Explorer. 

    • or:
  • Install a different current web browser (for example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox).
